Join us at Broad Table Tavern, Saturday, August 6th at 7pm for the inaugural event in our Chef's Table dinner series. Executive Chef Keith Ahern has partnered with farmer Mitch Shapiro from Green Zebra Farm in Gradyville, PA to bring you a five-course menu that embodies the farm to table ideal.
Chef Ahern's menu features five courses that will highlight Green Zebra’s amazing produce; in addition, each course will be paired with a locally-made beer chosen to compliment every bite. Held in our intimate and private dining space, the Ingelneuk Room, our Chef's Table dinner allows guests to experience an exclusive and interactive meal, where Chef Ahern and Farmer Mitch are able to share their process and inspiration for each dish, as well as, their passion for farm to table dining.
Servicing Delaware, Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, Green Zebra Farm is a two-acre intensive growing project, whose mission is to provide the highest quality, naturally-grown produce to the local community within 24 hours of harvest allowing for the highest nutritional content in every stalk and leaf. As such, Green Zebra serves as a perfect collaborative partner for Chef Ahern and Broad Table Tavern.
